What is Vantage PPO?
Vantage PPO is a preferred provider organization, meaning we contract with hospitals, physicians and ancillary providers for employers to access through their medical plan.

Vantage is not an insurance company and does not have access to benefit, eligibility, claims or precertification information. For any of these issues, you must call the number(s) listed on the back of your most recent insurance ID card.

Who do I call for information regarding health benefits, eligibility, co-pay information and claim status?
You must call your third party administrator for any of the above inquiries. They are responsible for handling all benefit, eligibility and claims processing questions. How do I know if my physician/provider participates in the Vantage PPO network?
Please click on the "provider search" portion of this website, which is updated Monday through Friday. You may also call Vantage at 814/337-0018 locally, or 800/955-5247 out of the area.

When I call my provider’s office for an appointment, what insurance do I tell them I have?
Please tell your provider’s office that you access the Vantage PPO network of providers. Please be sure to always present your most recently issued insurance ID card to the front desk., as it contains important information, such as where to mail claims and where to call for benefits and eligibility.
