Originally formed in 1985, and re-established in 2000, the Vantage® PPO is a comprehensive regional network of hospital, physicians and ancillary providers. These providers agree to offer their services in an affordable structure, in conjunction with self-funded as well as fully insured health benefit plans.
Vantage® PPO is a Preferred Provider Organization. We are a
comprehensive regional network of physicians, hospitals and ancillary
providers, and are accessed by employers throughout western Pennsylvania. As a
member accessing the Vantage® PPO network, you will receive an "in
network" benefit level for seeking treatment from providers participating in
our network.
