If a member has the Vantage PPO Plus logo on their insurance ID card, he/she will receive their best benefit level by seeking treatment at one of the following hospitals*:
Corry Memorial Hospital
Elk Regional Health Center
Hamot Medical Center
Kane Community Hospital
Meadville Medical Center
Millcreek Community Hospital
Saint Vincent Health System
The Ellwood City Hospital
Titusville Area Hospital
Warren General Hospital
Vantage PPO Plus members may receive treatment at any hospital; however, the best benefit is paid when treatment is received at one of the hospitals listed above.
For emergency circumstances, always go to the nearest hospital for treatment.
